Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the services provided by Not2Not1 LLC (“Not2Not1”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), including the Attest API and this website. By using our services you agree to these Terms.
Services
Section titled “Services”Not2Not1 provides mobile device attestation infrastructure (“Attest”) that allows developers to verify device integrity using Android Key Attestation and iOS DeviceCheck. Services are provided on a subscription and/or usage basis as described at the time of purchase.
Accounts
Section titled “Accounts”You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or your organization. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys and account credentials.
Payment and billing
Section titled “Payment and billing”Fees are charged as described on the applicable pricing page or order form. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. All fees are in US dollars and exclusive of applicable taxes.
Refund policy
Section titled “Refund policy”You may cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel within 7 days of your initial purchase and have made fewer than 100 API requests, you may request a full refund by contacting hello@not2not1.com. After that period, subscription fees are non-refundable. Usage-based charges are non-refundable.
Acceptable use
Section titled “Acceptable use”You may not use the services to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
- Circumvent or attempt to circumvent device security controls for malicious purposes
- Resell or sublicense access to the service without written permission
- Interfere with the service’s availability or integrity
Intellectual property
Section titled “Intellectual property”Not2Not1 retains all rights to the service, including APIs, documentation, and software. These Terms do not grant you any ownership interest in the service.
Disclaimer of warranties
Section titled “Disclaimer of warranties”The services are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. Not2Not1 does not warrant that the service will be error-free or uninterrupted.
Limitation of liability
Section titled “Limitation of liability”To the maximum extent permitted by law, Not2Not1’s total liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. Not2Not1 is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Governing law
Section titled “Governing law”These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
Changes to these terms
Section titled “Changes to these terms”We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms here with an updated effective date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
