Not2Not1 LLC (“Not2Not1”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) operates the Not2Not1 website and the Attest API service. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information.

Information we collect

Account information. When you sign up for Attest, we collect your name, email address, company name, and billing information. Payment details are handled by our payment processor and are not stored on our systems.

API usage data. We log API requests, including timestamps, request volumes, response codes, and error rates. We do not log the contents of device attestation tokens beyond what is necessary to process and return a result.

Website analytics. We may collect basic analytics data (page views, referrers, browser type) to understand how the site is used. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

How we use your information

• To provide, operate, and improve the Attest service
• To process billing and send invoices and receipts
• To respond to support requests
• To detect and prevent abuse or security incidents

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Data retention

Account and billing records are retained for the duration of your account plus seven years, as required for tax and accounting purposes. API usage logs are retained for 90 days.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us at hello@not2not1.com. We will respond within 30 days.

Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect data in transit and at rest. No transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the revised policy here with an updated effective date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
